Famous Olympian Wilma Rudolph was a popular African American field and track star who’d competed in the international games for the 100 and 200 meters dash.

She was acclaimed to be the fastest woman in the world back in the 1960s and created her legacy from her competitive spirit that took hold in the 1956 and 1960 Olympic Games.
