This couple was assasinated in 1951 for fighting for Black people’s rights

Before Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, a great black man by the name of Harry T. Moore stood and viciously fought for the freedom and humanity of Black people.

Harry T. Moore was an educator and founder of the first branch of the NAACP in Florida. Through his activism, he encouraged Black people to vote. He also fought for equal housing and education for Black professionals.

Unfortunately, Moore and his beautiful wife Harriette were assassinated when their home was bombed on Christmas night in 1951.

Please look at the trailer for a new movie that is coming out honoring this great man.
