Otis Frank Boykin invented a control device for pacemakers

Otis Frank Boykin was an inventor and engineer.  In his lifetime, he has invented over 25 electronic devices which included, an improved electrical resistor for computers, radios, and televisions.  His most famous invention was a control unit for pacemakers that allowed the device to use electrical impulses to maintain a regular heartbeat.
