Famous movie and television show director Lee Daniels, as well as 20th Century FOX Television, are now putting their best foot forward in attempting raise awareness about the social and racial injustices that have taken place in this country for more than 400 years.

With his new drama, ‘Mason Dixon,’ Daniels makes sure to tackle issues of race and class to show people that bigots are still very prevalent in the United States alone.

This show will follow one black politician’s wife and a “good ol’boy” who both seem to form one unlikely bond with one another after their spouses are both caught in the act of cheating.

Their alliance will blend families, shake up their small community, which is deeply divided, as well as make the two of them come together regardless of race, color, creed or class.

This project is going to be a part of an overall deal that Mr. Daniels is currently under with FOX, as his second network sale after his last project that didn’t make the cut, which was an untitled megachurch series.

Daniels has already had two other hit shows with FOX, ones that we have all seen, ‘Empire’, starring Taraji P. Henson, as well as ‘Star.’
