R&B singer and reality television personality Keyshia Cole could now find herself being forced to pay millions of dollars after she’d allegedly beaten up a woman in a jealous rage. This incident occurred in 2014 when Cole was rumored to have been dating Cash Money Records CEO Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams.

Cole made an attempt to go visit Birdman at his Los Angeles home at around 5 am on September 19th, 2014. There were several people in the house at the time, including Birdman’s friend, Sabrina Mercadel.

Just moments after Cole entered into the home, she’d allegedly approached Mercadel, asking, “What are you doing with my man?”

According to court documents, Cole then threw Mercadel to the floor and began hitting her in the face. After the fight, Mercadel ran into the restroom and Cole found herself being arrested, however, charges were never filed.

Mercadel says that she’d known Birdman since they were kids and wasn’t involved in a romantic relationship with him. She is now suing in hopes of gaining $500K for emotional distress, $2M for the loss of a body part, $200K in medical expenses, $50K for any loss earnings, $300K for future loss of any possible earnings, as well as $1.5M for pain and suffering.

During the time of the fight, Cole was separated from her ex-husband, former NBA baller Daniel Gibson, when she’d began dating rapper Birdman. Cole and Gibson chose to officially finalize their divorce in April of this year, three years after they’d separated.

Following the singer’s fight with Birdman’s friend, her relationship with the hip hop mogul has since come to an end.

Birdman is reportedly now dating R&B legend Toni Braxton.

So, what are your thoughts on this news? Are you hopeful that Mercadel gets all $4 million dollars of her money?
