Is Nick Cannon P!ssed About This ‘America’s Got Talent’ Replacement?

It looks like ‘America’s Got Talent’ has now found another token blackey to put on their show and instead of sending for ‘Wild N’ Out’ star, Nick Cannon, that they’d once loved, they are now coming for Tyra Banks.

After the famous Victoria’s Secret super model confirmed the news, just this past weekend, that she was planning to replace Cannon, he’d then taken it upon himself to congratulate the beauty on her new gig by wishing her well: “Tyra, congratulations and good luck on AGT! Love, Nick C.”

Banks shared her very own snapshot of the tweet late on Monday, tagging Cannon and letting him know that his message made her “smile.”

We are all super happy for Banks and hopeful that she won’t have the same outcome as Cannon, however, we are all super excited for another reason as well, being that the female mogul is now also making plans to return to ‘America’s Next Top Model’ to host the show once again.

Banks decided to return to our favorite show only days after announcing her hosting gig with ‘America’s Got Talent,’ and we are super excited to see her back where she’d always belonged.

The model and television personality spent 22 seasons hosting the high fashion modeling competition, however, chose to step behind the camera to work as an executive producer last season while Rita Ora took her place.

Banks took to her Twitter account on March 16th to say that she’d missed the show that she played a major part in creating.

“I’m overwhelmed and humbled by the intensity of the ANTM fan base whose deep affection for the show led me to have a change of heart,” Banks said in a statement. “After giving it a lot of thought, I realized that remaining behind the camera wasn’t enough because ANTM is woven into my DNA.”

Ken Mok, a fellow ANTM executive producer, released his own statement to give his most humble thanks to Ora.

“Tyra has always been the heart and soul of the franchise and her absence was deeply felt by our fiercely loyal fans who missed their Queen of the Smize,” Mok said in the statement. “We’d like to thank Rita Ora for being a great partner and total pro.  She infused this new iteration of ANTM with passion and creativity and we wish her nothing but the best in her future endeavors.”

The 24th cycle of VH1’s America’s Next Top Model is slated to start this summer.

So, what are your thoughts? Are you happy that Banks is finally back to work? I know that I sure am! Go Girl!
