Singer Eric Benet seemed to waste no time and take no prisoners.

After hearing about Jay-Z’s latest album release, ‘4:44’ and the comments that were made in his regard, Twitter took it upon themselves to comment on the fact that Hov admitted to cheating on his wife, using Mr. Benet as the theme for his infidelities of the past.

“You almost went Eric Benét / Let the baddest girl in the world get away / I don’t even know what else to say / N—a, never go Eric Benét,” Jay-Z raps in the song.

Benet then clapped back by saying, “Hey yo #Jayz! Just so ya know, I got the baddest girl in the world as my wife….like right now! ✌🏾.”

The famous singer, 50, is known for his beautiful love songs, as well as his relationship and marriage to Halle Berry back in the early 2000’s. After admitting to having affairs with more than 10 women while married to the famous actress, Benet then took it upon himself to check into a 35-day sex-addict rehabilitation program.

The two of them were later divorced in 2005.

On “Kill Jay Z,” the Grammy winning rapper also mentions rapper Future and singer Ciara‘s cheating scandal.

“In the Future, other n—as playin’ football with your son,” the 44-year-old raps in reference to when the Future chose to cheat on his ex-fiancée, who is now married to and has a child with NFL star Russell Wilson.

Hov also addresses his own infidelities and apologizes to his singing wife, superstar Beyoncé.

“I apologize / Often womanized / Took for my child to be born to see through a woman’s eyes,” Jay-Z raps in the track. “I suck at love … It took too long for this song / I don’t deserve you. … ‘You did what with who?’ What good is a ménage à trois when you have a soulmate? ‘You risked that for Blue?’”
