Earl Monroe also known as “Earl the Pearl” was an NBA big name you may not hear much about as you do others. He was given that moniker because of his creative entertaining style of play. His career history notes mainly playing for the Baltimore Bullets and the New York Knicks. Earl is still considered on of the greats. In 1990 he was enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
