‘All Lives Matter’ Lil’ Wayne Being Sued Over Racist Accusations

A white security guard has now filed a civil rights lawsuit against rapper Lil’ Wayne after he’d allegedly attacked the man outside of a Hollywood nightclub just last year – an attack that, according to him, was racially motivated.

Andrew Nunemacher claimed that he was working the door of the Hyde Sunset nightclub on June 27th, 2016, for the BET Music Awards after-party and that was when Weezy’s entourage arrived and everything quickly escalated.

Nunemacher says that he was trying to keep the front door secure and claimed that rapper Lil’ Wayne allegedly punched him in the face with a closed fist, knocking the guard to the ground. However, that’s not all that happened. He also says that Wayne threw a cup of alcohol in his face and yelled “F*ck you, white boy!” according to reports from TMZ.

The security guard, who is also suing for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, filed papers under the Unruh Civil Rights Act, as well as the Ralph Civil Rights Act, stating that the attack was partially motivated by his “Caucasian ancestry and descent,” Variety reports.

Nunemacher is now asking for $25K for this alleged hate crime. Meanwhile, the rapper’s camp has openly denied all claims.
